Hlwella Mining was started in 2009 by Mr. Jeffrey Malefane. It was formed out of NEON MINING CC After Jeffrey Malefane decided to explore on his own. NEON MINING was formed in 1998. Jeffrey Malefane Built up his experience with NEON MINING as a Director, which enabled him to successfully establish and Manage Hlwella Mining. He also has an extensive mining experince that he built up in a period of 15 years working for AnglogoldAshanti and Angloplatinum.
